Get to Know Us
The Milly Hope Foundation was created from a simple belief: that opportunity can change a life. Inspired by founder Mildred Nti’s childhood in Kumasi and her journey to the United States, the organization exists to support children and families in Ghana through education, clean water, essential resources, and community development.
About
The Milly Foundation
Our organization is dedicated to providing
quality education, skills training, and
life-changing opportunities to children
and families in underserved communities
in the Ashanti Region of Ghana. We operate
a primary school and community programs that
focus on academic growth, vocational skills, and
economic empowerment. Beyond the classroom, we help families
access clean drinking and bathing water, essential resources, school
supplies, clothing, and hygiene products. Our mission is rooted in uplifting households, strengthening communities, and expanding pathways for
children to build brighter futures through consistent support and opportunity
A core part of our work is building a strong bridge between this region
of Africa and communities in the United States. Through partnerships, cultural exchange, and shared projects, we create opportunities for students, teachers,
and families to learn from one another and grow together. We support families with practical needs while also investing in long-term development through education, vocational training, and community empowerment. With global connection as our foundation, we strive to strengthen futures, expand opportunity, and uplift the communities we serve.

About US
The Milly Hope Foundation is the vision of Mildred Nti, a Ghanaian-born immigrant whose life has been shaped by perseverance, ambition, and a deep commitment to helping others. Growing up in Kumasi gave her a strong connection to her community and a clear understanding of both its challenges and its potential. Her mother’s legacy of compassion and service continues to guide her work.
Through the Academy of Destiny primary school, vocational programs, clean water initiatives, and family support services, Mildred is creating opportunities that uplift children and empower families. Each project reflects her belief that hope, dignity, and education can transform generations. What began as a personal mission has grown into a bridge between communities in Ghana and the United States—bringing people together through shared effort, cultural exchange, and meaningful impact
